Return Policy:
Our 30-day return policy allows you to submit a return request in 30 days after receiving your order. Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
Please send an email to support@ethnicsole.com with your order number and the reason for the return to begin the return process. You will receive the information required to complete the procedure from our team.
Refund Policy:
When we get your returned item, we’ll check it out and let you know that we’ve got it. After reviewing the item, we’ll let you know how your refund is going.
We will start a refund to your original payment method if your return is accepted. Depending on the rules of the card issuer that issued your payment, you will receive the credit in a specific number of days.
The cost of returning your item’s shipping will be on you, so please be aware that shipping charges are not refundable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned goods, thus we urge you to use a trackable shipping service or buy shipping insurance.
Change Policy:
Please send an email to support@ethnicsole.com with your order number and the details of the item you would like to exchange if you would like to exchange an item. We will give you the details you need to finish the procedure.
Please be aware that we only accept exchanges for things that are the same value or less. If the item you want to exchange for is more expensive, we advise returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item.
Any returns or exchanges that don’t follow our policies or if the item has been used or damaged may be refused by us.
